Rhonda is an absolute gem. This was my first time buying a home. She explained every part of the process as we went, and always took time to answer any questions I had (and I had many). She let me form my own opinions about each house, but was also there to give her insight when I needed it. My experience ended up being particularly chaotic - I had two houses fall through (sellers' faults), which was pretty discouraging. Rhonda was great at keeping me motivated without being pushy. Even though it was a longer than usual process for me, she was always invested in helping me find my home (finally got there on the third offer!) Thank you for everything Rhonda!
Rhonda Stevens was a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, without being overbearing. She calls important details to your attention. Reminds you of necessary procedures. And, overall, she makes the difficult process of buying a home much more pleasant. We would highly recommend.
She did extensive research on homes for me so I knew what was going on and what to expect from each home I looked at.this is one very patient woman! I'm a hard person to deal with but she was very professional through my entire experience with her. I would also like to add that I was a nervous first time home buyer and she took time out of her personal life to help me out with any questions or concerns that I had.
